TOP WORK STRENGTHS: Communication, loyalty, and patience.

MY FAVORITE THINGS: My kids, combat Jiu-Jitsu, cooking, dinosaurs, anything Will Ferrell, tinkering on my 3-D printer, and being an undercover nerd.

Megan Wilson-Glencer is a SEO Team Lead for Hennessey Digital. She’s been in the SEO game for over 15 years, since its very, very dark beginnings. She has a wide span of experience in SEO, SEM, HTML, B2B, B2C, social, link building, and content writing/marketing. Megan honed her chops working for agencies doing SEO for law firms, and she understands the struggles our clients face.

In her free time, Megan studies combat Jiu-Jitsu under Royce Gracie. She also is a mom to one daughter and bonus mom to two other daughters. She tries to hide her inner nerd by doing normal stuff like cooking, baking, gardening, canning, piano, etc., but deep down, she really loves dinosaurs, comic book characters, video games, Comic Cons, and making stuff on her 3-D printer. She will also die on the hill of the Oxford comma.

Fun trivia bit about me:

I have a 1969 Buick Electra - 1 of less than 100 left on the road.

On my bucket list:

Earn my blackbelt.

My hero is:

My heroes are my kids. They never cease to amaze me, teach me, and keep me humble.

Favorite food of all time:

Peanut butter and milk chocolate chips. With a fork.

If I could sing or play an instrument like anyone, it would be ...:

Frédéric Chopin - I studied piano for 16 years and loved everything Chopin.

My #1 HD Core Principle

Staying nimble is not only important in martial arts, but incredibly important in SEO. SEO is constantly changing, morphing, and taking different paths - a lot like a martial artist! I love learning, and SEO is always challenging you to learn more, dive deeper, and do better.
