Martin Fernandez is a Team Leader for Hennessey Digital. With more than 12 years of experience, his goals are to build optimized solutions with a strong focus on performance, providing easy maintenance, and high scalability of resulting applications. Martin is always willing to learn new technologies to stay up to date in a constantly evolving field, and he’s always looking for new skills to improve how the team works and executes a project. He strongly believes that a team with commitment is a team that naturally works in unity to achieve and exceed objectives.

Martin is also a father of two wonderful daughters and is a passionate triathlete. He’s always working towards achieving the optimum balance between family, work, and triathlon training and keeping his brain and body moving forward.
