Hennessey Digital, a leading search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing agency in North America, is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Digital Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate would be technically capable with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio and SEO/SEM. An understanding of technical and advanced Google Analytics installations is required. JavaScript knowledge is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and insights to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Perform quality assurance tests on analytics implementations
- Produce weekly and monthly dashboards and metric reports using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel & other 3rd-party tools
- Experience in a client-facing role, where you provide consulting services to clients for solving their digital analytics strategy and technical needs
- Using API’s to develop custom dashboards to provide increased value and ROI back to our clients
- Conduct Google Analytics & Tag Manager audits and publish results on regular basis, track and manage all tag requests (internal and external) end-to-end
- Conduct adhoc analysis and data pulls, as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 2+ years hands-on experience with installing, optimizing and reporting with Google Analytics or similar tool
- Experience with tag management implementations like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to analyze traffic and find opportunities and insights
- JavaScript knowledge preferred
- Experience with A/B testing a plus
- SEO / SEM experience a plus
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
