Hannah Finch is a Junior Accountant at Hennessey Digital with nearly a decade of experience in full-cycle accounting. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holds certifications in QuickBooks and payroll processing. Known for her problem-solving mindset and ability to streamline processes, Hannah thrives in fast-paced environments and is constantly driven by her curiosity and desire to learn. Her background spans tax, payroll, financial reporting, and systems improvement, with a strong passion for helping businesses stay both accurate and efficient.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Hannah is also an artist and a motorcycle enthusiast—a unique combination that keeps her balanced between creativity and precision. When she’s not knee-deep in spreadsheets, you’ll probably find her sketching something cute, going on long rides, or deep-diving into a new topic just for the fun of it. She lives by her grandpa’s motto: “Be loud, proud, and strong,” and brings that energy into everything she does.

One of my biggest dreams is to build and design my own cob house by hand, something cozy, earthy, and unique that feels like it came straight out of a fairytale.

If I could play like anyone, it would be Joe Hisaishi, especially the way he plays “Merry-Go-Round of Life” from Howl’s Moving Castle. That piece is so emotional and whimsical, and I’ve always loved how the piano tells a whole story without saying a word. It’s the kind of music that sticks with you, and I’d love to be able to create something that is moving.

That value is the engine behind everything. Learning keeps you humble, curious, and adaptable, and in a world that’s constantly shifting (especially in accounting, tech, or any industry), being someone who’s continuously leveling up means you’ll never fall behind. It also fuels all the other values: when you’re constantly learning, you become better at doing what’s right, staying nimble, being honest about what you don’t know, and finding joy in the process.
