MY FAVORITE THINGS: I love to teach and play a role in today's youth. Currently I am coaching a basketball team of 5th graders. I love animals and spending time with my children, plus learning more about what we can do to help preserve nature and the wildlife. Learning different cultures and religions: I love learning about differences and the moral values each culture teaches.
Charlie Arboleda is a Software Engineer II for Hennessey Digital. Charlie has worked on multiple development teams, and his goals are to build effective solutions, optimize load time on websites, and expand his skills overall as a developer.
Charlie has a wonderful family and is married with three children. He likes to spend his time taking them hiking, indoor rock climbing, fishing, sporting events, and teaching his children to be leaders, respect race, culture, and differences in their world. Charlie loves animals and in his free time he loves to visit aquariums, zoos, and to learn more about what he can do to help preserve wildlife.
On my bucket list:
Create a software that will help people with disabilities or that are elderly.
My hero is:
My father. He is the hardest working person I know, and the most loving. This is not the reason why he is my hero, though. He has always been transparent and honest. He is always striving to be a better man and person in life. He does not pass judgement to others and is a forgiving man.

Do What's Right, Always. I love this core value and I feel that everyone here follows it. We are all encouraged to continue to grow, learn, be kind, respectful, thoughtful, and be considerate of each other. When someone is teaching me something new or explaining a process, they are happy and willing to be that mentor and leader.
