At the shy age of 16, Kristin decided very quickly that she wanted to be in Human Resources. Her ultimate goal was to ensure that everyone who worked for a company was happy and satisfied within their position and, if they weren’t, to do whatever she could to help them get to where they wanted to be in their career. Upon graduating with her master’s degree, Kristin worked in Human Resources for an EMS company and a hospitality company, and now she’s the Human Resources Manager at Hennessey Digital. Through her many years of experience, she has learned that the human condition is ever-changing and sometimes you just have to roll with it.
In her free time, Kristin is a LEGO master, chauffeur, teacher, jungle gym, coach, and principal for her son. Best of all, she gets to jump in puddles in the rain with her son and not feel silly!
