Kait is a firm believer in connection—and the connections within all connections. There’s a “why” behind every “what” and her desire to uncover the “why” is a huge reason for her love of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and all that her role entails.
As CRO Data Analyst, Kait combines her passion of connection with her college studies in statistics and experimental design to form her approach to A/B testing and optimization. She takes into consideration all variables that might affect user behavior and digs into every test result, regardless of the outcome. Her detail-obsessed, curious, and questioning nature highly correlated (stats joke) to her success in conversion rate optimization. Experimentation will always reveal some kind of learning, and there’s always a connection to be made. Sometimes, you just have to dig a little deeper to discover it.
In an effort to create a connection with you, here are a few more random tidbits about Kait: she graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Statistical Science, has experience in managing social media, writing for a blog, website analytics, and, of course, website optimization (CRO). When not down a rabbit hole of data, you can probably find Kait loving on Sunni and Sky (the sweetest pups you’ll ever meet), eating jalapeños, talking to her plants, or in a handstand.
