We are a fully remote and highly collaborative team of digital marketing thought leaders located all over the country. We provide white-glove service to our clients, and we’re looking for a thoughtful team member who can ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.

The desired candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills—as well as be familiar with project management in a creative agency atmosphere.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement paid per click (PPC) and paid media strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of medium to high spend client accounts including attending meetings, reporting performance metrics, and delivering on client requests.
- Develop, execute & optimize digital campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct research on keywords and market trends to ensure optimal outcomes and best performance for lead generation campaigns.
- Update account managers and clients regularly as to the status of digital initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to conversions and overall client goals.
- Serve as a technical resource to other departments.
- Collaborate with the team to unlock even greater potential in client accounts.
Experience
- Minimum one (1) year experience developing and managing paid advertising campaigns, including search, display, video and paid social ads.
- Experience working with clients directly.
- Knowledge of various online advertising toolsets such as Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Google Ads/Microsoft Ads certifications (preferred).
- Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
- Experience with other paid platforms (Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok) & Unbounce landing pages a plus!
