As a true St. Louis native, Jill has a proven track record in People Operations and Human Resources in high growth and complex operations. With over 15 years in human resources, her areas of expertise include people strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, leadership and development, and process improvement. Jill holds a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, minor in Human Resources Management from St. Louis University. She also is PHR and SHRM-CP Certified.
With her husband and two beautiful children, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping, or some call it glamping. Jill also loves all things “real estate” and loves a good fixer upper. She and her husband team up and flip homes, and there’s nothing like the thrill hunting for the next deal. Maybe one day you will see them on TV!
